  1. I echo Barry’s report (Barry we should have ridden together). The conditions were just about primo... other than it being frigid. I only came across two slick spots and they were on the outer log loop. Honestly, it could have just been wet leaves. My tires picked up zero dirt. I skipped Mark’s Art and Tangle of Trails because I was cold and wasn’t feeling my fingertips anymore to brake and shift well. That, and I started thinking of all the rest of you cozy indoors holding mugs of nitro stouts next to roaring fireplaces wrapped in fur blankets. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  2. Some of those look nice, but nothing is as comfy as a pair of swiftwicks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  3. Anita must be otherwise occupied, so I'll have step in on this one. IT'S A TANKLESS JOB, BUT SOMEBODY'S GOTTA DO IT! 💋

  4. Yep, I can send the 1030 into Garmin to get it repaired for $140. I'll probably do that and either keep it as a backup or sell it.

  6. I built all the trails there but always van camp anytime im there on top of the ridge line. im not familiar with their claim of access to fire pits at the camp sites. we should have a bon fire though, and the burn ban is currently inactive so groups camping making a fire pit I dont believe should be an issue. dogs are allowed but need to be on leash, well behaved, and kept in your camping area

  7. What are you looking for in a Garmin? I have an old Garmin 500 that I'd trade for a 6-pack if you don't need bluetooth or other fancy features.

  8. Yeah, I am rocking On One stuff almost exclusively except jersey and shorts. Their merino wool stuff is great and cheap. All of their base layers are cheap. Stay away from the helmets, my forehead is already wearing through the cushion. But clothes are awesome, especially the cold weather stuff.

  9. Should be just fine... It dries quickly. If same rain levels... dries much faster than brushy.

  10. I wouldn't have said that, it could get you into some hot water.

  11. I never thought about what the camera was doing until this video. It was a watershed moment for mtb video as an art. So cool.[ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  13. Nope, shoulders and elbows have just been too bad. I've been trying not to do anything that I don't absolutely have to. Getting seriously stir crazy though, which is usually when I do something stupid, like start riding again and make it worse...
