In my mid 50's and it makes no sense to me, I enjoy the challenge of a good and hard ride and do not want an ebike to simplify it. Sent from my moto g(7) supra using Tapatalk
Fell down the war in vietnam rabbit hole after hearing about "the giant killer" on a podcast. Also been looking to watch the documentary about Tim O'brien. What a journey that guys has had. You also wouldn't believe the story behind "giant killer" was true if you didn't see it for yourself. Both docs are pretty surreal and worth watching.

If he does not they are reasonably priced and worth their weight in gold.
In a side note, my new opener has it built in and is belt vs. chain drive. HOLY CRAP what a difference that makes. I love the quieter operation. Cost $200 for the opener and $180 fully installed. What a difference, even my wife thinks it was a great upgrade.
Yeah, that was tongue-in-cheek... but I did get out yesterday (Wednesday) morning, and Rim, DD, Picnic/PX and 1/4 were better than GTG, although the usual splashy spots were "extra splashy"...
Just a few years ago, I didn't either... but lately, on the downhill-trajectory toward 50, it's starting to make lots more sense...
My daughter did little Bella’s tonight and my son and I rode PP and Picnic. Trails were in great shape, with lots of people out. Was surprised to see a lot of e-bikes. Besides the obvious motor and batteries they didn’t seem to be much different than the regular bikes that passed us. I don’t have a problem with them, but just can’t understand the appeal in a trail bike scenario.
Conversation with the guy that invented the clock.
Inventor: There will be 12 numbers on it.
Friend: So the day will be devided into 12 segments?
Inventor: No, 24.
Friend: So will the day start at 1?
Inventor: The day will start at 12, which will be at night.
Friend:
Inventor: The 6 means 30.
I've had these two on my list to try; so picked them both up at the LLS today. Haven't had anything under 100 proof in quite a while but figured I'd give these lightweights a try.
14yo broke this brand new expensive futon set. I can’t seem to get the company to even respond to me regarding a replacement, so I took it apart, glued and clamped then made a reinforcement piece out of scrap oak.
