  1. I have gone through a couple products from

Prestacycle and have tried to cobble together some combo of fittings to use my compressor with my presta valves for inflation.

I don't recommend Prestacycle products and cobbling fittings together hasn't proved successful

So what do yall use? I am thinking I am gonna shell out for the spendy Park inflator just to have a reliable and working tool.

It cannot possibly be this hard

    Thanks

Yeah, if it’s the Garmin the owner hopped in on our group ride yesterday. His first time there so didn’t know trail but thinks he lost it after new edition lollipop heading back to redhorn.  He’s been off the bike for a while so probably not on here. See his post on the suburban ninja fb group or ping me some contact info and I’ll relay it to him.

Hey were you in the group at the end  of Katy ln riding around the cul de sac?

I went by all yallz in the AM.

  3. Riding SN this morning and found a device.

Hit me up and let me know what I found and I will happily get it back to you.

I don't do FB so if someone asked if their thing was found today on SN on FB , let me know

And I can try and get this returned back to its rightful owner.

I have stayed there before and it is pretty nice, This specific weekend is the Oz Trails offroad races and events https://epicrides.com/events/oz-trails-off-road/event-guide/

I am into the site for $30 if anyone is interested in it let me know

    Thanks

Good to hear. I stuck my head outside this week and the heat is finally breaking, so I might go for my usual "Nap on the Trail Ride" if you need some recovery rides.

I have known you long enough to know you disappear in late spring only to emerge in the fall. Ill ping ya.

  6. Hey guys, Snapped a spoke this afternoon at Brushy. Im am very certain it was due to rock impact after kicking one up hard and I see the impact on the spoke.

So I wont repair this myself and my question is then do all the spoke need replaced? Or just the one.

This is the original wheel and is just under 4 yrs old. Not sure how to approach this the best way.

I told my wife it meant a new ride but she didnt buy that

  7. So Sunday will mark 10 weeks since I broke my collar bone and dislocated my shoulder. I am back on the bike and had a couple rides from Brushy up through SN in the last week or so.

Tonight I tackled Picnic and 1/4 and Rim. I unfortunately snapped a spoke exiting Rim and took the walk of shame back, But damn it felt good to be back in the saddle
