AntonioGG
After my blind taste test I concur 100% with your take @GFisher. I picked out the EJ right away but was also really impressed with Fresh Kicks. Though they are both hazy IPAs they are very different. The FK has a drier finish. Both very tropical but the EJ's finish is what sets it apart.

Hazy IPA for a hazy hike at Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.
AustinBike
Have not had it but a friend said New Belgium 1985 is a good new hazy IPA. If you're into that kind of thing.

GFisher
EJ tastes even better in a place like Arches NP. Edited September 10, 2020 by GFisher
GFisher
Hazy IPA / National Park pairing #3. Today's features are Canyonlands National Park and Juicy Johnny's Hazy IPA from Moab Brewery. At 5%, more of a session IPA but quite tasty with a clean finish, while also remaining conducive to a ride later in the day. White Rim is visible down below. GFisher
'The Hazy IPA' - 6.5% - very clean finish, not very fruity. Not sure if this can be found back in the ATX, but I'd hit it again.

AustinBike
That is a long stretch. My guess is not authentic for those anal-retentive Germans 😉

AntonioGG
Pumpkin in beer? I guess it’s that time of year.
AustinBike
Yeah, it's that time of year for old guys like me to bitch about things that should not be in beer. No fruit, no flavors. Hops, grain and water. There is a lot that you can do with those three. I hear pumpkin beer pairs well with pineapple on a pizza....
