Anywhere to rent an eMtb?

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I'm looking to buy an full-suspension eMtb for my wife to equalize our fitness levels and enjoy riding together but I'm having a very hard time finding some to test ride.

Does anyone know where you can rent one for the day?   I'd like to try the Giant and the Specialized or maybe something else.  We're looking for 150mm suspension or less.

Thanks.

Check with ATX Bikes for Giant. They have a big event coming up in late October that might include rentals.

If anyone else has one, it would be Bicycle Sport Shop on S. Lamar.

Georgetown Cyclewerx usually has at least one Specialized you can demo. Talk with Paul at the shop, they have sold quite a few and he’s let me ride the demo models multiple times. Great shop and pretty close to some single track to test it on.

BSS no longer has rental eMTBs.  They did for a few years but haven't picked any up the past two years or so.

They still have the coffee rides on the Turbos (non Levo) and Comos right at Guadalupe right?

Yeah, they still have e-bikes for rent in the normal commuter variety, just not the full squish ones.
