No water, and a very flooded yard.

Gotta love that. Sorry man

My community is on common water and if one line breaks, all  14 of us go without. 40+ y/o pipes nearly 95 psi line pressure, and an above average summer had water shooting out of driveways three times this year.

Also had the austin water contamination issue mixed in for good measure.

We now store about 22-25 gallons of water in case we do this again next year.

95 PSI? Amateurs 😉

Our pressure is so high that we have limiters at the house. I think ours is like 120 or so because we are near hospitals (allegedly). And the old pipes in our neighborhood break all the time here but the pressure never drops after the repairs are done.

120 is nuts.

95 at my house but probably higher at source. Most have regulators but that only helps the interior pipes and appliances.

Unfortunately all the failures are common lines. We are trying to get the HOA to pay to have main supply pressure reduced but they're your typical geriatric HOA who's afraid to commit to anything. Meanwhile we spent over 20k admiring the problem.
