We are building a barndo at our property near Canyon Lake. We have a builder doing the slab and shell, but will be GCing/doing the interior work ourselves. I've been doing slumlording for years and done a few to the stud remodels, but scratch electric and plumbing has me looking for a more experienced partner. Ideally I'd love to find somebody good with doing the work on the weekends with me helping pull wire/pex. Wiring is basic, outlets, lights, stove, HW heater, and AC. Plumbing is about the same - 3 sinks, 1 toilet, shower and a couple outside hose connections. So I expect each one looks like a weekend or two. Property is about 45 min from South Austin.
