spicewookie
We’re a Mac household and all of our devices are locked up with kids and the wife on remote stuff. I’m starting a class next week that requires a laptop with only these capabilities: WiFi/internet, GoToMeeting, webcam, and MS Word. VERY basic I’ve recently dropped a ton of $ on tuition and supplies. Anyone got something that might help a wookie for a reasonable price? spicewookie
Oops. Must have USB port(s). They gave us a thumb drive last night at orientation. Class is 9 months long.
AustinBike
If you have a Mac laptop just get Parallels Desktop and you can run Windows on the MacOS. Easy and straightforward, one less piece of equipment to manage.

AntonioGG
You should be able to run parallels on the iMac too. It just occurred to me that you need it to be portable to take to class. Edited September 18, 2020 by AntonioGG
