ssorgs
Went cheap for a replacement for my Fox Transfer lever (which really sucked). Version I got a year ago was only $25 and it's been solid. This looks about the same but a different 'brand'.

Had a converted SRAM X9 front-d lever doing the duty for years on my KS LEV DX but then ended up needing a better than stock solution for my 2nd bike and went with the WolfTooth and liked it so much I just had to replace the X9 lever even though there was nothing wrong. Indulgent, but a superior product I feel.
mack_turtle
I was obviously in no hurry to remedy this, but I finally bought a OneUP remote. sooo much smoother than the Southpaw! I don't think the bearing in the OneUp remote makes that much of a difference as the fact that it's just a longer lever. the mechanical action of how it pulls the cable just feels less touchy and requires less effort to push it. it's a softer, lighter action. I can see how some people might prefer the short lever action of the Southpaw, but it's not for me. the Southpaw was certainly better than the janky "over-the-bar" lever that came with my first dropper.
