BB included. $100 Vision Trimax crankset. 52/38 rings, 175mm arms. needs a 24mm BB. $50 Ultegra 6600 bits: 3x10 shifters, kinda ugly but they work. $50 Ultegra 6600 F&R derailers. $50 or something Ultegra 6600 brakes. need mounting bolts but those are easy to find and need to be the right length for your frame/fork. $50 for the pair.
