AustinBike
Bought a $30 sliding dropout for my bike and got the wrong one. The website showed a QR skewer model but the description said 142mm through axle. My mistake, but in my laziness, the "free returns" lured me in. But it was $12 to ship it back. On Amazon all of the free returns are free, just drop them off at UPS. For those people that bemoan the big bad amazon (and hey, they are no angels), at least free returns are free. This is why I generally am happy paying a buck or two more to get something. When your own mistake costs you ~40% of the cost of the item it really makes you think. Especially in a world where you are not 100% guaranteed that the piece part you are getting is exactly what you need.

Mattlikesbikes
Shouldn't they actually just be saying "we accept returns"?
AntonioGG
I’ll be freeing up my QR sliding dropouts if you want them.

Ordered some directly from Kona theirs are specific to their models. Should have done that from the start.
