Browndog
I crashed on my hip pack a few weeks ago and it tore a small hole right at the seam. Has anyone ever repaired one of these? I am having a hard time finding a replacement. It’s also not ver old. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
ATXZJ
Doubt it's worth attempting repair. Have you tried emailing camelbak directly? I've had good luck with that. Also, I'd imagine just about any hip pack bladder would work. Edited July 24, 2021 by ATXZJ
Chief
Repair process... order new bladder, install new bladder.
mack_turtle
Did you Google "camelback bladder repair"? Several videos and DIY guides come up. Companies like Camelback are very generous with stuff like this.
circuitbreaker
have you tried the warranty route? i don't know camelback's policy, but a lot of companies will just replace broken parts. https://www.camelbak.com/got-your-bak

Mattlikesbikes
I had one pop at a seam, tried to see if my vacuum sealer would work, no dice. I wouldn't use any type of glue of chemical on it either. I just called the company and they sent me a new one free.

This^ Giro has been really good at sending me free replacement parts, no questions asked.
Browndog
Gorilla glue and duct tape didn’t work, FYI. Will call the company and see what they’ll do for me. Thanks for all the suggestions.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
mack_turtle
IME, bike companies are extremely generous with these things. A simple email to Camelback with a photo of the tear will likely result in them sending you a new one hastily. they don't want you buying another hydration pack from a different company. your loyalty as a customer is worth far more to them than the cost of making and shipping a new product to you.
