AustinBike
Got new shoes and after a few rides my sciatic nerve was giving me problems. Icing and stretching helped. Then I took a look at the bottom of the shoe and compared the cleat placement on the new one to the old one. They were not equal. Moved them both back and that amazingly helped the left foot and side. Now my right foot hurts a bit so I need to work on that one. It's amazing how such a little difference can have a huge impact. AustinBike
After today's GB ride I am 100% certain I have the left under control, still working on the right.
