Waterjet guy?

Many years ago when I was needing odd stuff done for TF, many times I'd just show up at the place of business (i.e cold call) and just ask and talk to them about it.  I had some Stan's rims de-annodized this way.  And early on, its how I found and vetting powder coaters for our frames.  I've also had a few (non-bike) things welded with this method too.  Just show up with the part in-hand and be pleasant.

GLWS.  Not sure this really helps much.

Does it have to be water jet cut or can it be milled?  I don’t know if they’ll do a one-off and if they do whether they’ll be in your price range or not, but Athena Manufacturing can make just about anything but not with a water jet.

all the people I know at the hobbyist level have plasma cutters for thicker stock or laser cutters which only handle thin stock.
