Shinerider
Ohhh. You have a rear triangle spreader. Will have to talk to you when I get back from Dallas. My chrome cruiser needs to be spread.

Basically, what was ridden if you were a mountain biker in1978. Edited December 24, 2018 by JRA
JRA
I have a nice pile of bits saved for this build. Frame is a 54 or 55 Schwinn Panther, drum brakes front and back, Suntour cyclone derailleurs, TA Specialties crankset, truss bar forks. Everything I'm hanging on the bike will be made in 1978 or before, except tires and maybe cables and housing.

Ridenfool
That is awesome. You'll have it ready for entry in the Tandem class at the PP event, right? 1

I'm going to harvest the hubs, put on a coaster brake steel wheel set and move it on down the line.
