I am going to do exactly that tomorrow. It's been a while.
-
I never made it, but by all present accounts, it should be good to go.

That and people that avoid change like the plague.

Great! I'll give some feedback after a morning ride tomorrow.

Kinda personal there MrMentallo.
I think the entire issue has gone a little beyond me shaming her on an obscure bike message board. I had a friend from England send me the video not knowing it was from down the street. It's also not like I'm doxxing her.

My favorite Youtuber is now into MTB'ing
I had to stop myself from yelling at the screen, "take the fucking wheel off first" "Stop touching the pads/disks"

I'm going to take one of my daughter's old stuffed animals, rename it Tommy and hit it with a hammer when I get mad.

You guys are liars, they were ho-ho's and oatmeal cream pies.

Which trails did you walk? I rode past peddlers and could tell it was way to soft from what I could eye from the crushed granite near the sports park. 1/4 notch was tacky in spots and no ruts, but I decided to walk out to snaggle rock and walk out the bailout since it was borderline. I rode the rest of the regional trail towards the ymca and picnic and picnic x looked in potentially better shape than peddlers, but not rideable.
The entire length of 1/4 Notch and most of DD. DD was worse than 1/4 was. The Vortex area was swampy and I felt bad just walking through there. The usual spots were wet like rainy day berm and I could tell the turn and rock down to Lloyd Bridges would be slick and janky. I walked past Peddlers trying to peep the new stuff. Peddlers was wet but well on it's way to being rideable (not yet though).

Just got back from a trail walk. Totally hosed and has a few ruts from assholes. I got to yell at a few people for riding wet trails and feel better about myself for it.
The bad part of my hike was that my hidden stash/tackle box is inundated with water. My weed was totally soaked and my snacks were disgusting. The tools and non-edible supplies were fine though.

I call it Darwin at work.

Came here to post Palo Duro and Marcus beat me to it. Both are great visual wise and Palo Duro is better for infrastructure needs like gas, food, stores, and bike shops.

A couple of years ago saw some flooding that screwed up the water tables and they haven't been the same since. It used to be the fastest draining place in town, but no more.

...and of course, it just started pouring at the trail.
I had my bike loaded up and got in the car when big rain drops appeared on my windshield. Oh wells.

If you can get a straight hole drilled down the middle of these they make great replacement Rock Shox elastomers in a pinch.
Use the plastic ones, the cork ones tend to fragment after time. Then they leave all the debris behind amd it's a PITA to clean up.

Nah, I was joking in a way. The documentary is to liberals as Info Wars is to conservatives. Neither has a good grasp on reality and serve as rabble-rousers to their political extremes.

Don't you have a downhill bike?
<edit> Nice race vid, btw. Simple and to the point without needless pandering.

Zeitgeist was a shitty documentary. Contrived preaching to the choir regardless if you agree with the subject matter or not. So poop torts it is.
