And Ronan is a liar. Told me he was only digging for another ten minutes when I stopped to talk to him. Was going to lend a hand, but on my next lap he was still digging.

(He probably figured it would take longer to fix what I mess up!!!) 😂

I was getting dressed to ride when the rain hit yesterday.

Let's be honest, the practice was not going to help me that much anyway.  LOL

Is the chain just for the race or is there any way to keep using it when needed going forward?

Weatherman says pretty good chance of another downpour around 3-4 tomorrow. 

My first two attempts were significantly slower. 

Next to each out was 3 sec off my best time. I think I just need to ride it and get familiar with the changes. 

I am wondering if this is where I went OTB Sat.

Did a drop and thought I had the speed to make it over/roll over the rocks on the landing.  I did not.

Fun fact, the purple bruise on my hip looks awesome, bisected by the stretch mark.  Apparently, stretch marks don't bruise, so it has a nice bright white line crisscrossing it.  lol

Also had a chance to ride it again this morning. Feeling much better with some familiarity.

Still my favorite trail out there. 

Can't wait to see the changes. 

I would have been digging, but we are at MiLs this weekend. 

Agree 100% on the effort, blood and sweat everyone put in. 

Need to get back out there and practice for the race. 

Cool thanks. As I said, I am waiting for the work to be finished and get some more time on it. It is still my favorite trail out at brushy, just have to get used to the changes. 

I think I need to get used to the changes on PP, but you would think with a wider trail and fewer tree gates I would go faster, not add 2 mins.  Who knows. 

I want to wait until it is finished and get used to it.  Still reserving judgment.  Appreciate all the work, even did a little myself.  

There is one spot on the berm right before the first of the 2 wooden bridges that I do not like.  It might be for drainage purposes, but there is a hump/jump in the middle and it just kills my speed through the berm.

I have ridden it a couple of times since I broke my clavicle on it, but I do not enjoy it so I have not made it a habit. 

Heard a rumour about a Moto on peddlers yesterday.
