I have those exact ones brand new but hydraulic. They worked really well back in the day. I probably have an XT rapid-rise rear derailleur too.

I rode out there this morning and trails were too wet and slick by YMCA. Started Deception and turned around. Rode the hike-n-bike/neighborhoods and it drizzled most of my ride. It’s definitely too wet right now.
