I would love to get some of this donation lumber for cat mountain. we (victory racing / cat mountain) are in direct partnership with FR512. re are about to rebuild the whale tale and need as much lumber as we can get. Im interested in both treated and untreated lumber.

if its a specialized floor pump, its probably mine. I was riding my bike with my pump strapped to my back (in case a popped my tire) and fell down and it must've fallen off because I didnt have it when I got back home.

Still functional, but it's been sitting outside and needs a good scrubbing. There are two locks + key. It's about 30" wide, 87" long and about a foot high. Could work well for a van with a factory roof rack. .
Also: 4' round cross bars, 4 bike trays (probably will only work for road bikes or mtn bikes with skewers) and miscellaneous towers that worked for sedans (Camry and old Mercedes, IIRC)
Location: north Austin, near Parkfield & Braker.

Cat Mtn is very steep going up and down but you are always pretty close to the car for supplies and stuff like that. but it is straight up brutal in the heat

The @victoryracingevents crew is planning on reconstructing the iconic whale
tale at cat mountain!
After a super fun 6-7ish years, the whale tale needs to be rebuilt (again). We tore down the legacy original whale tale and built this one in the very beginning resurrection of cat mountain with a mix of used, new, treated and untreated wood.*** we are looking for any connections on scrap lumber for the rebuild project! Any donations, contributions, or leads on material acquisition would be super appreciated by not only us but everyone that shreds at cat mountain.

so years and year and years ago, i was coming home north from South Austin... I got home and realized my Kona dawg deluxe was gone out of the back of my truck.
never knowing if it got stolen or fell out of the back of my truck
6 months or more goes by - on a whim one day I check craigslist and sure enough there is my bike posted in an ad!
I contacted the seller acting as an interested buyer. met him in South Austin in a parking lot... as soon as he took the bike out of his truck bed I busted out a picture of my bike and said that the bike belonged to me..
according to him, his friend who he claimed found it once it fell out of the back of my truck was actually the principal or Lamar high school and they happily let me take it back..
the guy also joked that prior to meeting us he had JUST left from another place where he had just bought a new pistol and a bunch of ammo. glad homeboy was a nice guy because apparently he was packing heat! haha
