MTB when possible (weather has sucked for all of us the past ~6 months)  so lots of road/gravel and single speed otherwise indoor soccer and volleyball a couple times a week but no weight training unless drinking beer counts.

Add me to the list of HF 3Gal pancake compressor users.  I've got the 150PSI version and it works great but there are a couple of things I've learned along the way that make tubeless much easier.  1 using rim tape that runs from bead to bead seals way better than the narrower stuff and adds a bit to the diameter so there's less room for air to escape.  2 E13 tubeless valve stems while expensive flow much more air than the standard ones do again making tubeless setup easier.  in fact using both of the methods I've been able to seat tubeless with just a floor pump on my Stans and WTB rims.  (Maxxis tires in both cases)  It's just not as easy as with the compressor.  YMMV.

There's a note at the top of their website about being closed for winter.  So looks like they're still in business (assuming they reopen)

Warm or hot weather I use Heed or Hammer Fizz on rides up to 2hrs.  Anything over that and I'll add in Perpetum until finish, unless it's a fully supported ride/race then I'll enjoy the occasional BP&J at a rest stop about half way through. 

In the winter I switch to straight water for all rides 3hrs or less. 

For pre-event hydration (or to avoid morning hangovers..) True.  The hike and bike trail was a pain too with people walking 4 wide and taking pictures.  Hopefully it will be better today and w/ a little luck maybe the trails will be okay to ride next weekend.

Exactly I caught myself looking at the 50% off road bikes at the Round Rock REI but forced myself to walk away because I know that 1 having a CX bike plus a road bike is not necessary and 2 it would be another bike that I would spend way too much money on upgrading.

Yep just finished another ride on the hike and bike.  Muddy tracks coming off the mid point of peddlers and the other trails.  WTF people.

Just got back it's cool out there but manageable.  If I had known 1/4 was okay in most spots would have hit it.  From what I could see everything else is still a muddy mess. on the plus side the water is now below (slightly) the bridge near mulligan.

Will probably try it and from then we'll see. Rode Keystone last summer for the first time and that was a blast ~2400 vert, lots of trails and about the same cost.

My .02c  I've been running Ardent Race and really like them.  More grip than I expected for a fast rolling tire.

Yes if for no other reason than to get away from this heat.  I just got back from a week in Breck hitting the trails there, Keystone bike park and Colorado Springs and as soon as I got back was ready to turn the car around and go back.  Never should have moved away.
