This is a good one out of Hawaii...habenero papaya...all thier sauces are a fruit flavor ... I got the guava liliquoi one as well but its a little too sweet for meI like fruity sauces lately. I have a Habanero pineapple that was a gift. It's amazing. The blueberry Ghost Pepper combo mentioned above really works.

I just bought a cheap $20 handlebar mount 800 lumens off Amazon seems a little spotty shining in backbyard but we'll see how it performs on trail ... probably combo it with a cheap headlight I have

This was my Longest Ride by far it was around 30 miles, longest before was 12.5, added a few miles because we had to double back to the truck in cedar breaks, my brother-in-law forgot to wear his helmet and neither of us realized till taking a selfie haha
Ill do it again ..it was pretty crowded with hikers on trails around the parks, would be better during week but to be expected with the temps..I actually had water left in my camelback
And thanks for the free t-shirt cyclewerx, thats cool of them

Garlicky Gringo that I discovered at Mikey Vs hot sauce shop, don't believe he carries it anymore, is our house favorite because my daughter and wife can handle the heat ...

Local brands yellowbirds of all flavors are good and gtown has a hot sauce shop on the square and one of the house sauces Mikey V's sam sauce is a tomatillo base with mix of different peppers...I likey me some good tomatillo sauces.
He used to have out samples all the time.. that was fun

Being a bald dude I always wear a neck gaitor on my head for comfort and sweat catcher ... I found one made with 50/50% wool/ polyester made by a hunting clothing company called blackovis ..it's awesome

Not real sure what this means but I have a dumpling that hangs hard left no matter how many times I pick it up..Stir the pot, pick up your noodles or dumplings, whatever you like these are supremely versatile and will pack away almost anywhere in your kit.

My dents/crash are/was not as significant as the previous shown and I don't see any visual signs of foam damage...the main brunt hit is right on the stronger high edge so that probably helped?
Although my head is very slightly sore in that spot my pinky finger took the most damage when got jammed on tree I hit...I went flying forward and bounced my head off trunk to the ground but my bike was parked perfect ha...and glad I don't got a pencil neck...got up and rode about another 3m

My helmet saved me best yet today..basically crown of head first into a tree trunk..put a decent dent on top of helmet but still seems like it would do its job.
I'm being told I should replace it and I know that's the standard from manufacturers but is it really not as effective anymore?

Rode this today for the first time... it was a horrible yet fun ride ...I can tell a mtb coach made this Trail, Ken whose plaque is there RIP, because you have to have lungs to make it to the top and technique on the way down ..the switchbacks at speed are tricky, and it's the first place I tried locking out my shock during long climbs... man that is nice I was slipping out way lessGreat condition out there today. While it’s hard to get more than 7-8 miles without covering your tracks twice, it’s fun. There’s a couple jump lines on powering hill, some are big hits on the second hill. Lots of techy switchbacks all the way up to the top. Solid spot for a 1-2 hour ride. And I liked beating the hell out of the bell at the top...

Cool I'm assuming it's not happening this year? I saw it was in November last year..A couple of us here did the first Banduro with Seth. My suggestion would be to sign up, show up, and have a great time. These guys are awesome to be around.

Very cool... I was talking with a guy in parking lot at Reveille Peak Ranch that said he just did a race at camp eagle and it was awesome...this must've been it
Is there any clubs around Austin you recommend for someone that's never raced before but would like to

I ended up following a couple guys I met in parking lot that were using gps to follow a track...ended up around 11 miles
I know we started from the gate to race loop and ended up at the top of decision point but then from there I couldn't tell you..it was fun but did spend a lot of time re-orientating.
I think a lot of the traffic is being pulled to spider just down the road because it wasn't crowded at all which was nice
If you plan on camping and are looking for a less roughing it place to stay check out canyon of the eagles at end of road past spider...its nice with cabins and on site restaurant/ amenities and regular primitive and rv too
