Tank 7 is good. First time I had it was in it's home state, in Jefferson City. There to watch the eclipse and stopped at restaurant, then asked the waiter if they had anything local. Tank 7 was it.

Sunrise Mini Mart. Sold out, now, sadly. Got lucky. They went quick.

Yucateca's XXX and Black Label Reserve are both good. I have a bottle of Texified Sriracha that is tasty though NOT spicy. Torchbearer's Garlic Reaper is a must for dribbling onto pizza. Just bought Heatonist's Los Calientes red and green labels (think red label is supposed to have a bit more habanero) that are a bit "meh." Also have a bottle of Last Dab XXX. Spice I use the most though, and it's not a sauce, is the 4oz bottle of Carolina Reaper flakes from Sonoran Spice. Been through several of those bottles over last several years. Easy to add to anything at all, and I usually do. Encountered a harissa spice blend that was very tasty and bought a bottle of harissa sauce, but it wasn't nearly as good as the dried spices.

Don't watch this then:
Might as well just build one of these, then ride in it, rather than stand on ground flying it. 🙂

After buying a 2018 YT Jeffsy, really want to get a Canyon Grail CF SL 7. I've no issue with buying "direct to consumer." I've been previously measured for fit and told I am right at center of "average," anyway. Last bike bought in 2005, so ANYTHING new was going to be an adjustment, so I didn't worry about fit.

I've been using some "underwear" shorts from amazon: https://smile.amazon.com/Baleaf-Padded-Bicycle-Cycling-Underwear/dp/B00MTE6OTQ/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=3O82KD9U1OFA4&dchild=1&keywords=baleaf+cycling+shorts+men&qid=1602270065&sprefix=baleaf+cyc%2Caps%2C175&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExSEY4UUpFREU5Q09IJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMDQ1OTQ5MVNIMFlPMktEQjJIRSZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMzc0OTA4RVJURTNLMlhVU0FTJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==
Just as comfortable as any padding in 2-piece type shorts I've bought, and I wear whatever shorts I want over them. If hot enough, I'd even wear them solo. Only thing that makes them "underwear" is that they're quite short. Otherwise not much different than any other bike short.

Got a Medium Jeffsy you can hop on. Certainly not the same, but at least you can get a feel for YT sizing.

Too bad the clucks are abbreviated. Still awesome.

Had abnormally high blood pressure starting this spring, with some chest "discomfort;" Got new bp medicine, an EKG that showed no issue, and a heart CT scheduled later this week. Asked doc about high heart rate while mountain biking (as in if it will be an issue) he said should be fine, just stop and rest if I start to feel dizzy (What!? I always feel that way when I ride!) We'll see if anything needs to change later this week.

This was number 2 on my list. Just couldn't pass on the $$ saving with the YT Jeffsy (140mm front/rear)

and always ride with people faster than you.
But why would they want to ride with me, is the problem. I'm slow. No need to slow THEIR ride...

And just released the drone view (well, last night they released it)

That may be the best trolling video I've ever seen. Dude sounds like Napoleon Dynamite. Hilarious! Thanks for posting that...

His other videos make it sound as if he's quite serious in his viewpoints. But who knows.

I realize this is in the MTB discussion forum, but just can't resist. In these trying times, people like this really come out of the wood work. Just a reminder that SOMEONE YOU MAY KNOW (or know OF) thinks just like this:
Dated an interesting woman once, that would probably hunt this guy down and shove a stuffed-toy penguin down his throat for disparaging penguins like this.

Any cleaning issues with salt in your hydration bladder?
I'd say adding salt would prevent any possible bacterial buildup. Personally just use water and maybe rinse it out once or twice a year. That was general Austin tap water, so the chloramine probably prevented any issues. Will be installing an under-sink RO + 6 other filters system later this week, so might need to change that practice and actually clean it.

Usually this is my time of year to do more riding. Not sure why. This year is a bit different. Tried to ride 1/4 Notch last week about 6pm, only made it about 1/3-1/2 E2W before turning around. I was not feeling well. Only 2nd ride since March, and the first ride since march was the week before.

Peddlers is a good place to ride with lights. I've not ventured onto 1/4 notch with lights, not sure, yet, if I want to. But peddlers is fun with lights.
