Yep.  Barry's fast.  I tried to follow him at WC when this bike was setup as SS with a flat bar. 

I was not being so much as polite by getting out of his way but more of a fear of my own life. Role on Barry!

That was probably me. Not really a cross bike, or even a monstercross. It's a fat bike set up with 29er wheels and a drop bar. I call it a monstertour. And it's black and was there last night from dusk to about 7.

I think I let you go by me over by the water. I had a blue SS last night.

I rode a borrowed Kona with drop bars a few yrs ago when I was between bikes. It was so much fun. They guy who owned it painted it brown and called it dirty poo.
It was a blast out there.

When we built this thing I was picturing having it to ourselves. Wtf? Nah, it’s cool to see cars and trucks in the area with bikes on the back headed to the Sports Park. Kinda crazy really. 

Had a nice nostalgic ride yesterday. Temps were unreal and dirt was choice.  Somehow I managed to ride pretty slowly but keep nice flow AND have alot of fun.  I was remembering things like the days when all we had were loppers and garden hoes. Lol. That’s the first maybe .5 to .67 miles or so of East Deception...the skinny single track...then the McLeods arrived. 

My attempt to ride Rawk Garten at the West end of Deception was prettttyyyy sad. I made up for it by beasting up a short, steep climb that goes left out of the Ditch and hooks into the end of Rim. That pretty much popped me. 

Again, very thankful to all who help maintain and defend the trail. Really awesome.

I know they have changed out there. Any suggestions for nice and easy

If I was taking my girl for the 1st time to ride , knowing what I know now, I would take her Walnut. Point 6 comes to mind..windy and flat. Double track trails through the park are easy. The paved path is easy. I would aim that she enjoyed herself and didnt get hurt. Fun and enjoy the day. Resist the urge to show her how awesome you are.
Even easier for a first timer and still not all pavement is Southwest Williamson County Park off Sam Bass. The path there is super easy. Enjoy the beautiful day.. Pack a picnic or take her to Red Horn. Keep her safe and have fun. Brushy isnt going anywhere let her build up to that or this will be the last time she wants to ride with you.

To OP
You are lucky it is setup already. Thats the hardest part. After that it is like Cheif says, keep the pressure where you want it.
When it gets too soft and you have to inflate more then just a bit add more sealant.
The hardest part as you'll find is swapping tires.
There are no shortage of videos for any of this.
Getting yourself a valve stem remover and the syringe is worth it. Get them before you need them.
