  1. I had booked a site at Coler Campground on Fri Oct 15 2021 - Sun Oct 17 2021 but will not be able to make that now. https://www.peelcompton.org/coler-mountain-bike-preserve/camping/ I have stayed there before and it is pretty nice, This specific weekend is the Oz Trails offroad races and events https://epicrides.com/events/oz-trails-off-road/event-guide/ I am into the site for $30 if anyone is interested in it let me know Thanks
  2. I have known you long enough to know you disappear in late spring only to emerge in the fall. Ill ping ya.
  3. So this came off the rack and no one had decency to stop and help or anything? I hope you find it and whoever has it isnt a dirtbag and kept it. Maybe they are trying to find you. Notify the shops in case there is damage and they take it in to repair.
  4. Hey guys, Snapped a spoke this afternoon at Brushy. Im am very certain it was due to rock impact after kicking one up hard and I see the impact on the spoke. So I wont repair this myself and my question is then do all the spoke need replaced? Or just the one. This is the original wheel and is just under 4 yrs old. Not sure how to approach this the best way. I told my wife it meant a new ride but she didnt buy that
  5. So Sunday will mark 10 weeks since I broke my collar bone and dislocated my shoulder. I am back on the bike and had a couple rides from Brushy up through SN in the last week or so. Tonight I tackled Picnic and 1/4 and Rim. I unfortunately snapped a spoke exiting Rim and took the walk of shame back, But damn it felt good to be back in the saddle
  6. Anyone get tools from Northern Tool? I see there is a shop here in North Austin Are they like a "nicer" Harbor Freight? Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

  8. Yesterday AJ posted up on IGram that he has bikes. He no longer keeps them at his shop because of dirt bag low lifes like to steal bikes. But he said that if you want something to hit them up. Might be worth a trip in to see what he can do. I believe Velogartun has rides as well now Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

  11. Since due to my injury it looks like I won't be on the trails in awhile. I am looking at trainers to use with my bike at home or possibly a stationary bike This would be a short term thing since I can't stomach having a stationary bike taking up space in my garage so I'd want to ditch it in a few months. But trainers look to store better but are pricy. Any real pro and cons to either? I likely will try to find something off FB or CL and not buy new Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  12. Yes! Smells are amazing over there.
  13. Something I love when I ride is the smells of people cooking. Smells going through the woods as I ride through. Over by SN behind the Italian place.. smelling the garlic bread type of smell is awesome to me. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

  15. Prices are not high if he sells for that amount. They are high for people who know better than to pay that much. There is a difference Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

  19. It started as a good sized hematoma above the collarbone on my lower neck. The Doc said as the week progressed it would flow down into the chest as it drained from my neck. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  20. Thanks! I'd love that someday Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  21. Craziest bruising I have ever had. From my Sunday wreck Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  22. Thanks. No where near as bad as yours was with your leg. CT revealed the dislocation was minimal and the break is just more like a crack so in either case no surgery is needed. They all said it was gonna be pretty sore till its not. But I've feared this break for years and feel relieved it has happened finally Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
