Curious Question

How come there are so many CL ads where the pictures of various bikes are always in front of the same white brick wall , sitting on rocks ?

I assume it is from a shop that sells used bikes?

 

Naturally it is called off and the boss cancelled the Fri Am call. Guess Ill go to work

So OP, are you confused yet?
Not for nothing, just ride and have fun. All this other stuff falls into place and you to can someday have an opinion that no one cares about

I agree with AB.
On the full squish I don’t have to think ahead about lines or position or terrain for example. You just plow through it for the most part.
On the SS I need to be more aware of body position. Pedal Position and where and how I start pedaling for example.
I can’t necessarily just plow through and go up and over. It takes more thought and finesse and basic skills.
It forced me to learn and remember the skills I learned years ago but got lazy riding because the bikes I owned became “better” so didn’t have to ride with quite the same skills.

We were at BC tonight. A lady who parked down by Parmer at the softball fields had her window smashed. She was gone 10 minutes or so. Few folks around but still.
So as a PSA dont leave your stuff in plain sight I reckon

I would not sweat that all. They have seen truly stupid things roll through the doors.  Do it before the next thing you know it is a year from now and then you really cant do anything

I was told this Ventana used to belong to the guy who owned Division 1 bike shop. Rumor has it there is a matching Burley for it. I got this bike at the auction going on 2 yrs now

Double Down kicked my ass. It wasn't quite as cool as I had hoped it would be. Still, I'm not complaining. Rode all of Deception, Picnic, Rim, and Snail.

I didn't get into video games until college when I lived with a couple other guys, so there was always a game of Madden to be had. We didn't get much done. The loaded bong on the table 24/7 probably didn't help either. Well, at least I don't play video games anymore.
