What's wrong with my rear shock

2" stroke. I am at about 1.25, so lots to go. 225 with gear, should be heavy enough. -
Take off from an intense tracer RockShox rt3 debonair. Label says MMS380 tune. Sag at 30% Photo is of all the travel I used bombing down a 3000 vertical foot down trail in Colorado two weeks ago. Used 95% of the fox 34. Volume spacers?

I've got one of the first Kuats ever, such a great rack. It would be great though if they sold replacement pieces for what broke, but in a 3.0 compatible size. My 2.7 front just barely sort of kinda fits.
