  1. I only have 1 mountain bike now. And 2 roads bikes. And a gravel bike. What has happened to me? I'm officially a lost cause.
  2. Someone liked the bar ends. Bike is sold.
  3. I'm not sure why the pictures are not showing up?
  4. 2020 Ibis Size large DV9 completely rebuilt with brand new SRAM GX drivetrain, rebuilt Fox Factory 120mm fork, newer Ikon 2.2 tires (maybe 50 miles total), newly rebuilt wheels on Stans Arch rims and e13 hubs. Bontrager dropper, XT 4 pot brakes, ergon grips. I’ve taken pics of any paint blemishes. Pedals and cages not included. This bike shifts and brakes perfectly. It is very lightweight and rips on singletrack and would make a great gravel bike. Would be a perfect NICA bike. I will also switch out the saddle to a WTB Volt in perfect condition. https://sanantonio.craigslist.org/bik/d/kerrville-2020-ibis-dv9/7536974085.html ibis 1.heic Ibis 2.heic Ibis 3.heic Ibis 4.heic Ibis 5.heic Ibis 6.heic Ibis 7.heic Ibis 8.heic Ibis 9.heic Ibis 10.HEIC Ibis 11.HEIC
  5. Yep. Selling out/cashing out was one of the best financial decisions we ever made. @CBaron yeah, well...my body told me it was time. I still fight some back issues (going on 15 months now) but I can pretty much ride/run whenever I want and the f/s allows me to ride longer and more pain free than I would be otherwise. anyone not using a dropper at this point in time is just stubborn. Even roadies are starting to use them (and yes, I would LOVE one on my road bike).
  6. Yep. Me too. Oh well. It was a good run while it lasted!
  7. 42 here. I've now fully embraced the full suspension (for real trails). I FINALLY found one that I liked. Yeti SB5. My back thanked me immensely. Still have the hardtail, and the road bike, and the gravel bike. But for Austin, it's Yeti season.
  8. I bought this off Pinkbike and updated it. Sadly, the guy who sold it to me measured it wrong. I'm 5'10 and it is a bit too big for me. It really fits someone 5'11 to 6'1. I've made it work with a shorter stem and shallow drop but it just is a touch too big. Would consider trader for 56 cm gravel bike (willing to trade up or down with cash). Ritchey Cross Breakaway. Frame and parts are in excellent condition. Used VERY little. This bike rides amazingly well and is a great all around bike for both the road, gravel, and cyclocross. I currently have it set up in gravel mode with 40C WTB Byway tires. This bike will break apart in 2 junctions and fit in a normal sized suitcase. The sale includes the suitcase that is in excellent condition also. A $350 case. The bike was recently tuned up with new cables and fresh Fizik bar tape. All parts are in excellent condition. Here is the parts list: Frame: Ritchey logic steel frame Fork: Ritchey logic carbon Wheels: H Plus Son rims on Chris King hubs Brakes: Cane Creek Canti Drivetrain: 9 speed Dura Ace shifter/levers, D/A front derailler, XTR rear derailler Crank: Ritchey Logic Stem: Ritchey Team Seatpost: Thomson Bars: FSA Ergo Carbon; 44cm Headset: New Cane Creek 40 The frame is a 9.5 out of 10 with very minimal wear/marks. Components are work great with minimal wear. The sale does not include the cages ( I can include some Zefal cages), pedals, or bell. I will ship the bike in the suitcase. Cost should be somewhere around $75 dollars.
  9. Please give us an update on how it works out for you. Im interested.
  10. Hot tub, stretching, time, road riding, mild depression. Not in that order.
  11. He is not in Texas anymore. He responded quickly.
  12. Thanks for the info. I'll contact him today and post up when I hear back.
  13. Got a quote for between $360 to $420. Not sure how that compares to anything else. Just wanted to post up for reference for anyone that might search later on. Turn around time of a couple weeks (due to Thanksgiving).
  14. Oh god no. I would be in a dark place if that happened. No, Druber is going to sell me his Yeti SB5C frame/shock. I've been using it for a couple months (so like, 5 rides 🙂 ) and it has a bottom bracket issue that I'd like to get fixed up. As you can imagine, he isn't easy on his equipment. I still need to sell my Waltworks frame. I'm kind of shocked it hasn't sold. I emailed the carbon guy and he responded quickly. Waiting to hear back on a quote.
  15. I went ahead and sent an email. And yeah, you're right about the paint. Not that big of a deal. Just curious.
  16. Is there a place in Austin that does carbon repair? Need a patch job on a bottom bracket. Also, is there a place does will prep and paint a carbon frame? Thanks
  17. I agree which is why I bought one for myself (sold). It was a fantastic bike at a fantastic price. I used it for years to commute in Austin as well. Lot's of memories on these bikes.
  18. Size Small (my wife is 5'3 and it fit her great) Totally stock except for the saddle. https://www.rei.com/product/816068/novara-randonee-bike-2014 I took a picture of the scratches. We used this for touring in France and my wife used it for commuting around town. Fantastic bike. She bought a more road oriented bike and it is just hanging in the garage so it needs to go to someone that will use it. I'm in Kerrville, not Austin.
  19. You never check your phone. That or you just hate me.
