Albert
That looks interesting. I use MapMyRide to create routes for longer road/gravel/mountain bike rides, but since most trails in Austin are not in Google, it's not very useful in that department. I'm curious how the route creation is for mountain biking and how well the app-based navigation is when you're on singletrack. ..Al
TheX
I'll probably install it and check it out this weekend.
Schrute
Trailforks has a really bad ass feature to create rides. Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
TheX
I connected my Garmin account with it and now I see my rides there. We'll see if it sucks or not over the next few weeks.
AustinBike
Looking at this, it appears to be a competitor to Google Maps more than anything. Giving me a route to and from something seems to have little value. I want to see where to ride, not how to get there.

I've used the Strava Heatmap to locate trails people are riding that I wasn't aware of.
Schrute
I've used trailforks discover ride feature and ride logs to find stuff that way i wouldn't have to leave my comfort zone and actually talk to someone or meet someone for a ride.
