It was a really fun ride! My wife has been hesitant to ride the Personal Trail Network lately (too much climbing, too hard, etc.) but today she went with me. I chose the best trails I could for her, she rode well, and I did some extra circuits while she stretched. It was a great temperature and fun to do the ride together!

When you tell me the beer was just OK and you were in South Bend, then, honestly, at least you got beer out of it. Indiana is basically, well, um, at least you got OK beer out of it. If you make it up to Detroit, there are some awesome breweries up there.2 points

Okay, been to some pretty cool breweries but this one definitely stands out. The old Studebaker mansion has been converted to a restaurant, and upper level a brewery. Beer was okay but the facility was unbelievable.

There is plenty of good food and beer in the midwest, but biking sucks. If you make it to Chicago there is a place in the south suburbs that is on par with maybe Pace Bend or Walnut. That is their Mecca. Sad.1 point

I've gotten used to going down on the left here where there used to be a stack of rocks. Yesterday though I got to the edge and noticed that they were completely gone. Luckily, I got my feet down before plunging over. Anybody know if that was an intended change? I don't have a problem either way, but given that they've been there for the past five years, it becomes a hazard when they just suddenly disappear.
