Oh, the trails only being open Friday at 2 till Sunday night is because of live fire and other ranch business activities. Unfortunately, I can NOT fire 338 Lapua Magnum at their range. They said that the round is too bouncy...that makes no sense. I could see not liking 50 BMG, but c'mon.

Managed to get back on some of the easier SATN trails just before I hit the 5 month post-surgery mark. Took a trip to Palo Duro this weekend and got a couple of short rides in with the family. Still not ready to deal with even medium sized ledges as loading my ankle on landing doesn’t feel great. Still, back having some fun again after 5 months is better than I was expecting.
