Having this delivered on Monday. I've put on 10lbs since my injury on Jul 4th, tipping the scale right at a 2-dollar bill. With another 3 months of rehab ahead of me, my goal is to get down to 185lbs riding weight with cardio restored to pre-injury levels by Christmas. Leg strength and ROM are improving greatly week-to-week thanks to Jarrod at Texas PT Specialists in Cedar Park. He has been fantastic to work with and is part of a great team over there.

Beat the shit out of my EXs on several bikes including my old cross bike that had 38c tires on it. That cross bike spent most all of its time on MTB trails, including the brusy creek stuff with many trim strikes without any dents. Came up short on one bunnyhop and my brand new MK3s looked like this. The 2.35 EVO racing ralph tire was completely fine, thats how soft those MK3 hoops are.

New bike day! I took it easy on my first ride today and adjusted components as I went.....and promptly got rained on. You’re welcome for all the upcoming rain we will get. Guerrilla Gravity Smash carbon. 29x2.5, Gx eagle, Hope pro4 hubs, Hope brakes, one up dropper. Bought the frame and had James (formally of City Limit Cycles and now part of Velofix) spec out and build it up.

It only happens when the wind blows the rain into that window, and the water is showing up at the bottom left.

I've used superglue with a small patch cut from an old tube that held for months. It was originally meant to be a bandaid until I bought a new tire, but then I got curious/lazy and let it ride for months.
