  1. I see scree as just another trail feature. Similar to when riding 1/4 Notch and a big rock flips over to center of trail, that rock now becomes a feature for the next person. Same thing when I come across a big rock right in the middle of the trail, I just treat it as if it's always been there and ride over it.
  2. could dremel/file that down as needed. Maybe angle grind it down.
  3. You ever send it off any sweet jumps?
  4. Got a couple of t4037. They're ok. I like my Injinjis and Smartwools better, though. Just a bit more comfortable compared to the Darn Toughs
  5. Nope. Only had the one. $13/pint, really didnt want buy another. Occasionally will spend a bit on a single beer, but mostly at this price point I want to try a variety.
  6. 2015 Southern Star Black Crack. At five years old, VERY smooth.
  7. Holy crap. It took me this long to understand this. Imma dumbass. Name might be a good fit, but not sure I'd want to drink a 16oz 15.3%abv stout at R&I. Didn't stop me in previous years from drinking 15+% abv 12oz 120 Minute IPA. But I'm older now, and limit that to being at home.
  8. No pic, so used google: Oddside Derby Days is REALLY good. A bit boozy, but I like it that way. Nice spicy rye notes. Glad I have 3 more! The only weird thing though, was I could find only info about Derby Days (postponed). Not sure what the difference is, but my cans are like the pic, without the POSTPONED in red across the middle.
  9. Haven't tried yet. Will try the rye at least tonight, maybe even the stout as well. Got a four-pack of each. I know I like rye whiskey and the one rye IPA I had (real ale, I think?) was also really good. Looking forward to trying it.
  10. It's ok, but I've come to realize that any stout that isn't >=Imperial just tastes a bit "watered down" to me. The Stout Chocula is damn good, but it's also %10abv.
  11. Only ridden a few times. Sort of want to replace with a Canyon Grail (but they don't exist right now, same as most new bikes.
  12. MIGHT be time to pass-on the Haro Mary SS (18")...looking to upgrade to a real gravel bike. Will need time to think on this.
  13. I'd ride this harley. Not much else, though.
  14. Late start, snooze ya lose...I only got through first page of the Vuelta post then it's gone....
  15. If you go to one of the local breweries, you won't need a costume. If she's there she'll just assume you're one of the listed.
  16. She's been proclaiming local brewers are pedophiles, human traffickers, satanists, cultists, witches, nazis, and aliens. Normally she goes to brewers and hangs out with signs.
  17. If you're out and about visiting local brewers, be cautious of this lady. Sounds like she wants to "do something" about the evil, local brewers. Certifiably insane, if you ask me. Seems she want to move from standing out front with signs to something more "meaningful", just by the tone of this video.
  18. Uhgg...I've used truffle powder before (still have a small amount left) but I really do not like the taste. It isn't bad, exactly, just one of those acquired things, in my case. And I have no interest in doing so.
  19. Yes. HEAT is fine, which is why I use dried Reaper flakes. The nasty, chemical burn of Insanity is just not my thing. There are other sauces just as hot, and hotter, but that one seems to take pride in it's awful taste. Sort of like Da Bomb (I've had it once, and it was not pleasant, but don't remember actual taste of it.)
  20. I guess that's one way to use it. Hated it so much, threw at least 2/3rds of a bottle out. I wouldn't want to contaminate a good sauce by adding Insanity into it. Stuff tasted like licking a battery covered with sulfuric acid.
