  1. Is that some new kind of high pivot design? Looks like there might be a lot of friction with that😂
  2. Locked is really just a term. Most shocks today don't fully lockout. It's really just an extra firm platform. They do that so you don't damage the shock if you were to forget to unlock it on downhill. You should be able to feel a difference between the two settings The locked should be much firmer.
  3. Currently raining at my house. A mile north of brushy.
  4. Yes every garage needs one of those. My wife won't let me keg my beer. She's probably right I'd never come out of the garage.
  5. That's awesome! They're bad ass dogs.
  6. Yeah, DD was really good 1/4 Notch had typical muddy spots. All in all trails are pretty good.
  7. Considering going out anyway. Bike is clean and begging to get dirty.
  8. The trash can was probably Honey Badger. Under Parmer is a lake so I would imagine Peddler to be very wet. Saw a hiker coming out of Peddler under Parmer scraping mud off her feet. The gully next to the bridge by Rim entrance has about two inches of flowing water and the little waterfall along the H&B has a good amount of water flowing. These are some of the spots I use to judge what trail conditions are. If they're wet the trails are wet. The problem is with the temps cooler and a little bit of sunshine every idiot in the world is out at the H&B.
  9. Yeah I love them too. That's how I wound up with this one even though I already have a dog. I have a Husky not a good trail dog due to the fur and the inability to listen. The Husky has the attention span of a gnat. Had my first heeler for almost 16 years broke my heart when she died. This one is pretty small for a heeler she's seven months old and weighs 21lbs. She might hit 25 at most. But she's smart and fast. Best house dog anyone can have super protective.
  10. Just got back from gravel ride 20 miles. As usual people are riding wet trails. Didn't actually see anyone but could hear them from the hike and bike.
  11. I'll take the rain as long as we can someone else addicted😁. It's hard being an addict by yourself.
  12. Saw this video and needed to share. Got a new ACD pup about five months ago hopefully some day she'll be a trail dog. She's fast as f*ck.
  13. King Crimson is is one of Danny Carey's inspirations. Danny is Tool's drummer.
  14. Rory Gallagher rocks too!
  15. So I guess prog metal is out too?
  16. That's an excellent choice for our trails here. Very capable solid bike. Seeing more Transitions on the trails lately. For what it's worth I prefer to stay away from the big box bike manufacturers. I think you get more bike at a better price from the smaller companies. I also prefer to not ride something everyone else is riding (kinda like girls).
  17. Anybody have any info on conditions? I know it rained last night but it wasn't for long. Wondering if trails might be ok.
  18. Rained last night around 2:30. Not sure how much.
