The test site is far away from Gongyi city, before the test started, our company has improved the safety measures with the local government and organized the evacuation of the surrounding people in advance. The falling arrows were scattered in the safety control area deep in the mountains, which did not cause any casualties, but still caused unnecessary troubles and negative impacts on the lives of the residents around the test site. We feel immensely remorseful for this and would like to express our sincere apologies to the people of Gongyi City.
