  1. Ive run sram drivetrain and shimano brakes on most all my bikes and don't care for the integrated stuff. Would much rather use them separately. Being able to put the shifter/lever in any particular combination i choose is a luxury, especially when clocking the X01's shift lever. Flex. Wife's bike has Ispec B XTR and dont like the deflection when pressing shift lever. My crap 2c
  2. Got a POC DH kit and a LS commencal jersey from the wife. Pretty stoked
  3. Anyone get any MTB related christmas gifts this year?

nothing was safe from christmas this year. nothing
  5. take him with me everywhere i go🤣
  6. it just doesn't get any better than this
  7. 120 is nuts. 95 at my house but probably higher at source. Most have regulators but that only helps the interior pipes and appliances. Unfortunately all the failures are common lines. We are trying to get the HOA to pay to have main supply pressure reduced but they're your typical geriatric HOA who's afraid to commit to anything. Meanwhile we spent over 20k admiring the problem.
  8. Gotta love that. Sorry man My community is on common water and if one line breaks, all 14 of us go without. 40+ y/o pipes nearly 95 psi line pressure, and an above average summer had water shooting out of driveways three times this year. Also had the austin water contamination issue mixed in for good measure. We now store about 22-25 gallons of water in case we do this again next year.
  9. Its a good ring, especially for free 🙄 completely indexable to dial in or out, the oval effect on pedal stroke.
  10. man, ive landed 2-3 kickflips in my lifetime. feet are just too damn slow. even my wife can still do them. cool that you're picking it up again. waited 27 years to start skating again after we moved across the street from a park. my ankles were so screwed the first few times. the last time was all rotator pain after a few falls. in the end, id rather fall in the dirt than on a slab......
  11. i probably should. its f@cking crazy , muscle memory that is. Was a pretty avid skater in the 80-90s and was able to do tricks i hadn't done in almost 30 years.....it hurt a lot though...lol lucky every day
  12. negative sir. i was sh@tting at one point
  13. Probably one of my proudest moments of 2019. Boardslides in my mid 40s. Also have MTB shirt on so it qualifies😁
  14. good video for basics of setting up suspension (including bottom out)
  15. For me its nice to turn up the lsc and ramp control in the steep stuff.
  16. Had several and like them. Its a convenient way to tailor the progressivity of your fork on the fly without having to fool with spacers. To do again, id try a luftkappe on my non-debonair forks.
  17. White elephant gift from wife's work party. Pretty tasty on teh rocks.
  18. its basically an enduro gravel bike geo-wise. Evil nailed everything I would want in one with the exception of that price tag.
