    Nice! IMHO, the new Trail 429 is a perfect CTX rig. Couldn't believe how many pivot bikes I saw "the cool kids" riding in Quebec. Way more than SC.

    Can confirm that spider, as cool as it is, doesn't get fast or rough enough for a big travel high pivot to shine. I had more fun there on my 100mm trailbike than my 180mm high pivot. I would also never buy a high pivot for CTX.

    A few old goats brewery in Roanoke is CRUSHING it with their bottle aged beers. This one's a total standout. Almost as good as the cheap as dirt Canadian beers I got spoiled on over the summer 😁

    Roanoke breweries by bike for the win. Navigating downtown is thankfully a piece of cake!

    Basically their version of walnut creek but with mountains and machine cut. The leaves make it pretty sketchy at speed.

    Got to Roanoke, VA this week and was able to hit a couple trails. So far, the trails are a lot like NWA but with more elevation. Seem to have a long grind up a fireroad/singletrack for some fun flow back down.

    No issues on the stanchions so not an immediate concern. I'd contact yeti and get their thoughts on how this occurred and if it's a potential long term issue..
