The two times I've ridden with the new improvements I wasn't pushing just to get used to the trail, but times weren't too far off from best. It's much easier to maintain momentum without as much effort as before. Been trying to rebuild my endurance by riding gravel bike. We'll see this weekend weather permitting🤞

I've only ridden the newly groomed section once. I think KOM did a great job with the trail. No offense to Ronan, he put a lot of sweat equity into making the trail as fun as possible but there is only so much that can be done by hand when building a trail like this one. The original berms were banked too steeply and a bit sharp when cornering. There were drainage issues everywhere as First blood pointed out, what KOM did is really smart as far as I see just from a common sense standpoint, the trail now almost seems to be raised above the surrounding terrain because they dug out the sides of the trail to allow water to drain away instead of just sitting there. There is so much rock in this area it's insane. If you were to try and eliminate all the rock you'd need to bring in dirt to replace all the rocks you removed, I know this because my yard is exactly the same terrain as brushy. I've planted trees in my yard and filled the three gallon pot the tree came in with the rock I removed to dig the hole. Regardless of how anyone might feel about the new section of trail I personally like it and give a big thanks to Ronan, KOM, and the city for building and allowing this trail in our area.

My 8 year old husky has epileptic seizures he started getting them about three years ago. First time frightened me to death I thought he was dying. Took him to the vet and the vet prescribed phenobarbital, the stuff made kinda insane so I took him off of it. We got a puppy and for about a year no seizures until about a month ago he had two major seizures in the same day. I did some research on CBD and decided to give it a try. So far so good it has actually calmed him down quite a bit, he used go nuts whenever someone would come home now he's just happy to see us. So after trying it with my dog I suggested it to my wife for her severe arthritis and ordered a sample pack, she loves it and says it make a big difference. This is where I get mine from after researching it a bit the most affordable organic CBD I found. https://www.lazarusnaturals.com I'll take mine in vape or smoke form thank you😉

Snakes are masters of camouflage. Hard to believe a snake that's colored like this can hide so well. We're very fortunate not to have anything like this around here. 2" fangs that can easily pierce a leather boot not to mention a massive dose of venom. One of the most beautiful snakes I've ever gotten to see up close and personal. He's in here somewhere.

Can't wait to see what's been done. Unfortunately work is getting in the way for a while now. Some of the exits of the berms on the original trail seemed to always have a tree right at the exit point so if that's been corrected this trail should be tits!

760 is the sweet spot for me as far as bars are concerned.

When you point your bike down you quickly realize how beneficial an aggressive head angle is. Especially on a hardtail. 67* on my hardtail.

I see helmetless riders as people just trying to help cleanse the gene pool.

Evil bikes are all single pivot. -

I would have loved to build a steel HT but I was looking to build something on a budget. Unfortunately while building my HT, Evil put their V1 Followings on sale. So in the end I wound up building two bikes at about the same time.

You're welcome to test mine if you'd like. Just PM me.

My aggressive geo Dartmoor. Dartmoor is owned by Transition. Paid $250 for frame built bike complete for $1300. Fork really needs a damper upgrade though.

Just another entitled asshole who likes to be anonymously aggressive behind his keyboard but when actually confronted has nothing to back himself up. We seem to living in a world of f**ktards.

Pixie Bobcat. I have one too and he does think he's a dog. The only cat I've ever seen that doesn't get spooked by anything.

Walked the wife and dogs out there last night. Really impressed with what KOM has done. Trail is muddy AF though only got up to where the machines were resting. The berms so far are awesome, so much better than what they were, no offense to HB without his efforts none of this would be what it is. If the whole trail gets that treatment it's gonna be fantastic! And of course there have been asshats riding the wet trails😡

Emma long is definitely a hike a bike trail.

Personally DT Swiss is my choice for aluminum. XM 481's can handle anything here in centex.
