  1. I was on the trails between 7:30 and 9:30 and it was great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. The Smash is a long bike. Mine drags on the ground sometimes when I put it on the lift at Spider Mtn. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I call BS on that. My corgi can clear that log easily. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I haven’t weighed the Macaroni. I would say it’s equivalent to a smaller, solid BMX bike. A lot of the parts are from a Sunday BMX. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Good advice on the Assegai and others. I’ve been running an Agressor in the rear for a couple of years and it’s great. I think I’ll try a 2.6 DHF on the front. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Anyone running bigger tires on a 29er? I’ve been running 2.3s on 30mm rims but am curious about going up to a 2.5 or 2.6. I’m considering an Assegai up front to replace a worn DHF but don’t want to add too much rotational weight. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I think I need some new tires. It’s hard to hell how much they’ve worn until you see some brand new Minions. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I think of it as two sections. The first starting at the end of 1/4 Notch and ending at the bailout near the bridge. I would start with that section first. Starting at the end of 1/4 Notch that first section of DD is mostly downhill. There are features you will walk but you’ll eventually find the right lines and conquer them one at a time. It’s a great trail for progression. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Yep, it’s always a surprise what the other side is going to look like once you get on top. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I saw even more new stuff this morning and it’s all awesome! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. New feature on Snail. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. There’s a great massage parlor at... Never mind. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Awesome! 45 pounds is like 1.5 bikes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I ride a Smash. I have one of the last aluminum ones they made. To me, it’s perfect for Brushy Creek. It pedals better than my 120mm Camber I had before. I’ve also ridden it quite a few times at Spider Mountain, even the double black trail, and it’s awesome there also. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Pond Springs elementary. My daughter learned to ride her bike on that blacktop. We live down the street. She’s on a Fairdale Macaroni now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
