  1. Anyone running Dirt Component wheels? Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  2. You are not wrong there! Prices are nuts sometimes. The more you shop around and see what suits you , you will find options LBS , private or online. Good luck and have fun Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  3. That dude has stopped me twice. The 1st time I politely obliged. Second time (last week) he messed up my mojo. Literally blocked the drop to DD at Swag. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  4. Then she knows that the bike you are about to buy will bring you years of happiness and many many miles. The memories you are going to make can't have a price tag on them. Much like how your wife wants what is best for you, a priceless is what that is worth. The blood sweat and smiles that you enjoy .. No you need deep down , cannot have a monetary value. So in a way this bike is a minimal investment in you as a person as well as your marriage to the beautiful person you married. What you are about to reap in good times and health and mental freedom is a far cry from what you both will get back in return. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  5. Well how was the new frame? Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  6. Sorry.. What I meant is that where your bike is pictured is an example of that area being dangerous. I didn't mean to imply that the fact your ride was right there was in and of itself was bad. It is not of course. But the spot it represents is potentially nasty.
  7. Exactly! That is why where his bike is pictured is so dangerous Man .. I can't believe I am being that person. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  8. It's silly big. On the old MoJo I think there is a video of AJ jumping it. It's funny seeing the fear of death in his face as he does it Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  9. That picture does not do that beast justice Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

  11. I reckon if I was risking jail for stealing a car it would sure as shit not be for stealing that one. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  12. Can we please for the love of God bring back bartman? Just for a day? Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  13. I finished my quick ride and there was a disheveled rotund guy in black shorts and black t shirt walking through the disc golf area. He ducked into the woods and I thought nothing of it. He came out of the woods by the skate park while I was loading up and then I noticed his face was caked in what I guess was sunscreen He walked to the bug and grabbed keys from the wheel well and got in the car but just sat there Strange Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  14. I swear this bug has been sitting here in that same spot since last week. Maybe that is what the nasty smell is over by Peddlers ? Do we need to go back to Carcas cafe ? Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  15. Maybe so ,, But the fact that it can be bombed down into a blind area where the potential of nailing someone is legit.
  16. To your point... My daughter swims club and school so I asked her thoughts on this. To my surprise she said she would be pissed if she was at the the block and asked to swim against a person like this. She said it wouldn't be fair. If he/she used to be dude swimming against girls that person would have the build, strength, size and mass and lungs of a dude and not a chick. She went on to say that no matter what this person wants to change or think they are they are still essentially a dude in girls suit and they would smoke any girl in the pool most likely. It wouldn't be fair to ask girls to swim against a guy because we are different in so many ways. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  17. I have a Ventana El Commandante running the Reba 120. This is the recommendation from Ventana. I am wondering why bike company have a recommended shock like this. Like this bike should run a 120..or 140 or 150. Is it because running a 140 on a frame that's recommended to have 120 changes the geometry? Who cares? Curious why this is. What happens if I put 140 on this bike? Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  18. I think in this case at his junction this is case of give and take. We all agree it fun as hell. But the consequences are truly severe (see what i did there?) It is not hard to close.. Look at the fences put up along Picnic. There are no shortages or rocks\wood there also. This is a give and take thing and as much as Id be seriously pissed to get hit there, I'd be twice as mad if someone innocent got nailed and hurt and we lose access somehow. Oh, and Id feel bad for them.
  19. I noticed that very recently , it is rather new actually. Approaching the bridge (headed on the path toward the Sports Park) you can go the traditional way , which is drop in to the right and then down the hill and then left under the bridge or right up to DD. But if you choose from path the left side you can drop down fast and hard and cross the path and up the other side at the start of Picnic X. Crazy fun stuff. I hate to be the fun governor here because that thing is fun as hell and so fast ,, but Smithy is right that is a bad thing waiting to happen. There is zero visibility for the biker coming down that thing and crossing the path at the bottom. I can count 4 spots that someone can get creamed there. I can only imagine at how screwed some kid or dog or jogger or another biker would get with some ass clown bombing down and across that thing oblivious to the fadct he or she is crossing a spot that has 4 trail directions crossing it. A hiker or kid will surely never see the biker coming down that fast from that far down , it might be in our very best interest to block that before something bad happens.
  20. he borrowed $5 off me so,,,,,,
  21. I don’t know Seems like all that loose ass rock had always been there but up the bailout and straight past the kiosk then left is awesome for me Sorry I ruined your rhythm yesterday btw Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  25. I rode this AM. Picnic, Bailout to 1/4 notch.. picnic again to Bailout then DD to up and over to Rim to Snail to Rim to Picnic X to picnic. Trails themselves zero mud. 1 little puddle on DD and the 2 or 3 usual ones on 1/4. Bottom of the rollers on PIcnic X had it's big ol puddle Did not ride Honeybadgers domain at all as that seems to not dry quick and I don't need a shovel upside my head. Enjoy.
