  1. Here you go. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevrolet_S-10_EV (insert some vague conspiracy theory on why it didn't sell here)
  2. Shhh. I already sent it to my friend to buy. He never rides, hopefully he stores it at my house... 😉
  3. Only when aquariums are the topic of conversation.
  4. The fact that the fork/handlebars are not blue shows a lack of dedication.
  5. Thanks for the input everyone. You've convinced me its worth the experiment to swap my cranks. Fortunately for me both my cranks are the same brand so I just swapped the 170mm cranks on my HT to my FS and the 175 cranks from my FS to my HT. Interestingly enough, I measured the static BB height at the (27.5) HT is ~12" and the (26") FS is ~13.7" So I guess suspension sag must play a big role too.
  6. AirBNB, Rent your house/ Appt, Turo, Rent your Car, Spinlister, Rent your Bike... I'm actually very tempted to rent out my bike. Seems like a lower investment/ Risk than my car or House. Anyone with any experience on either side of this Service? https://www.spinlister.com/about
  7. So after a lengthy time riding only my HT I've noticed how rarely I have pedal strikes on it vs my FS. Lots of differences between the two from Rear shock vs No Shock, 26" vs 27.5", BB height, 175mm Crank vs 170mm, etc. It got me thinking that one of the only things I can change is the crank Length. Will I see much of a difference only loosing 5mm? Should I consider shorter?
  8. I used this for a long time on my dirt bikes, it's quite a bit lighter than the other stickier lube I previously used and was just as good. But I still prefer something lighter and easier to apply for my MTB.
  9. ok, thanks. I'm looking for a friend, I'll send him the ad.
  10. Where are you located? (approximately)
  11. I've never used them for bike parts but for everything I've used yup. Just need an appropriate soap/degreaser/cleanser/essential oil/fluid for your purpose... I love M-Pro7 or just dishsoap.
  12. Awesome! Can't wait to ride the results! A couple of questions: What's the approximate schedule for completion? How do we best stay out of their way? Just stay on the East Side?
  13. Thanks again for the clinic this weekend! It was great! I definitely learned some new techniques and strategy to help my times. Now if I can just get my heart/lungs in shape enough to use them on a whole lap!
  14. I like it alot. I purchased it for do-it-all bike to save my FS for single track. The original intention was for my wife to be able to get out, me to tow the kid trailer and me to do Brushy Creek Regional Trail. However, with my FS being out of commission for a few I've put more miles on single track than I thought I would have, even quarter notch and I like it alot. Kinda makes me want to get a better/longer fork on it or a more aggressive HT.
  15. This post inspired me to get off my lazy butt and get my shock to Tim for surgery. I picked it up today and quickly installed at test rode it before heading out for the evening. Much better! I literally had to remove cobwebs from the handle bars... Tim said the shock was overdue for a service but not worn out. He said he called fox and they said they wouldn't touch it.
  16. Yes, the last two generations have been Pathfinder in name only. Decent vehicle, but not what it used to be. The 4Runner has maintained it's roots pretty well.
  17. Give it time. We'll be hip deep in aquarium posts before you know it.
  18. Late model or older? If older, consider the poor mans 4runner, the Nissan Pathfinder. I'm coming up on 200K on mine and it's been solid. Edit: It's been some time since I purchased but this Here are my options when I got my Pathfinder (2011) 1996-2004 4runner: 200-250K miles, $10K-14K 2001.5-2004 Pathfinder: 100K-140K miles, $5K-8K
  19. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the wookie.
  20. Ok, but here's the thing. In 9 years, 3 bikes and 5 drive trains I have never needed one of these. What am I doing right/wrong that my chain stays on? I always see hack videos of people making these things yet I've never understood the need.
  21. Maybe I spoke too soon. This shows a more countyish trail. https://www.mymilestone.com/north-austin-cedar-park/sauls-ranch/community-site-plan
  22. Yup... I think the trail will remain. Rumor is that they found caves on the property so they had to put in more greenspace/ parks than originally planned. https://communityimpact.com/local-news/austin/round-rock-pflugerville-hutto/news/housing-real-estate/2019/01/04/residential-development-sauls-ranch-to-include-80-100-homes-in-round-rock/
