  1. Ashcroft killed it with this one. Going on 30 years and still one of my favorite bands
  2. Nice! Looking forward to this.........need more practice Can you post the map of the course for the people who don't have IG? Sorry, missed it above🤐
  3. Sorry man, probably sunday for us. You might shoot Seth a PM or find him on IG and see whats going on. IMHO, if youre gonna go practice, pay extra for the shuttle. Have fun!
  4. Give each of these sports their own "T" category and let the best trans athlete win. I think the F2M & M2F results will shut a lot of people the fk up. The worst part about it is how these M2F athletes dominate the women's sports further discouraging women from competing. Dudes just keep f@cking sh*t up for women, even when they cut their d*cks off🙄 In the end, when you're splayed out on the autopsy table there are only two choices. M or F and nothing in between.
  5. for that price, yes. I had to do some serious haggling to get the wife's kevlars down under $120.00. Pants are awesome for the cooler weather and for hitting the nastier places in central tex.
  6. Missing for years, gaunt, completely strung out and still sounded better than 99.9% of the singers today. Damn, glad I got to see them in their hungry years.
  7. That T@G camper is the shite! Nice setup😎
  8. Haven't weighed myself since week 2 and i lost 5lbs doing nothing else but abstaining. I wasnt grossly overweight but all my bottoms are size 34s, that were loose in 2018 were getting too tight. That was the daily motivation to lay off. Plus having to haul an extra 10lbs up the hill is no fun🤣 Think the biggest impact for us is the snacking when we drink. I just want to eat chips/peanuts or whatever when im drinking and that contributes too.
  9. For better or worse, all the DH kits are fitting tighter than before. Gone are the days of super baggy moto freerider style. I just bought a pair of those kevlar pants for the wife (not zebra) and they are tight-ish but still loose enough to wear pads underneath them.
  10. Seemed a bit placebo as it's only 20mg per can and we should be taking in around 60mg daily. At $4 each that'd add up quick so we're sticking to it as a good substitute for sober october. If you'd like to check them out, Spec's carries them. The orange and the red labels ones are our favorites.
  11. Get em' while they last😂 https://www.steepandcheap.com/fox-racing-defend-kevlar-pant-limited-edition?CMP_ID=PLA_GOc005BR&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=PLA&k_clickid=_k_CjwKCAjwxaXtBRBbEiwAPqPxcDILw3C1IrHWbi3cu1ZrVSompj1wpv7pLt-jbiVqOBN3PnpFeqbg0xoCAQMQAvD_BwE_k_&rmatt=tsid:1042825|cid:795052476|agid:45358446630|tid:pla-295274413385|crid:189327077725|nw:g|rnd:8653819182558148713|dvc:c|adp:1o2|mt:|loc:9028311&gclid=CjwKCAjwxaXtBRBbEiwAPqPxcDILw3C1IrHWbi3cu1ZrVSompj1wpv7pLt-jbiVqOBN3PnpFeqbg0xoCAQMQAvD_BwE
  12. If you never plan on buying a shell, go with the tailgate mat or a rack for inside the bed. Trucks are bad enough to maneuver in parking lots without having a bike hanging off the bumper on a platform rack. Ive used all three options at some point This option was the worst (even though wife approves) Best option for long trips as I can secure all of my stuff and don't have to drag the bikes into a hotel at 8pm Still use this rack for in town trips when i dont want to unload all the sh*t i carry in the truckbed for work.
  13. Wife is racing beginner class. Trails are super fun and most everything is rollable. You'll like it. Shuttle is worth the $$ if you're going to practice.
  14. This is a good idea. IMHO, if you are racing you need a full day or two of riding there to get a feel for the trails.
  15. Wife and I finally made it out to Bandera for some practice before the race. Place has a lot of potential, staff were courteous and the views are pretty sweet too. Trails are typical CTX gnar but with some gravity thrown in for the fun factor. If you've ridden cat mountain then this place should feel very similar but with an optional shuttle for people who want to get the most out of their time there. We hit all the green/blue stuff and will head back in a week or so for the more advanced trails. Big and small jumps, doubles, off camber and loose steep stuff are the name of the game and there's a little something for any skill level. Wife was finally hitting some jumps for the first time. Race is gonna be suh-weet😎 https://www.instagram.com/p/B3mSZn9HPZP/?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet

    Skiing Stuff

Cold isn't as bad as SLC as Boise doesn't have the same issues with inversion (smog) that salt lake did. We would go 45-60 days without seeing the sun but drive past 7k to park city and it was sunny above that layer of gunk. Our last trip to Boise was for a gravel stage rally out by idaho city in june, and we had jackets on😁. Such a beautiful area of the country and boise was a surprisingly diverse city with a cool university/downtown area. So much good stuff in that part of the country, you really cant go wrong if you're into the outdoors.
  18. Nice find! That frame in the low setting is a perfect mullet build candidate.

    Skiing Stuff

Lived in SLC for 7 years and the snow there is hard to beat. The salt lake dries it to some of the best powder ive ever seen. Never skied ID but visited often and can say Boise is one of the best kept secrets in the west.
  20. This is another concern i have with loading our rigs on a plane. Lots of fancy carbon bits for some less than gifted TSA employee to rummage through and hap haphazardly reseal. I was a regular traveler for work in a previous life, and loved every aspect of travel but flying. Its just a shitshow.
  21. That's something my wife is gonna have to be in charge of🤣
