  1. Mixing it up tonight with some classic Waylon and whiskey. Makes modern country sound like the absolute dogshit that we all know it is.
  2. I'm a god damned cosmopolitan tonight with all these fancy spirits from the east coast. Thanks for the NY whiskey Chief😎
  3. Thats awesome! I checked availability on that site a few months ago and there was nothing in tejas. looks like it finally made its way here. have to grab some This is the best "craft" light beer i have had up to now https://lagunitas.com/beer/daytime
  4. No, I'm actually agreeing with you. RLAG booking their rides during the worst time of the year, and during hours when most people have to work or tend to family doesn't make sense to me. My wife saw the schedule as asked if all these people work from home. She also hates riding in the heat almost as much as I do.
  5. Surprised to see you were buying used. You can't go wrong with a stiffer fork. Just reducing chassis flex and bushing striction from deflection will improve ride quality. My wife is 115# and I'm still going to swap the SID for a pike.
  6. Registered wife and I for banduro. She was stoked to see a women's beginner class with 5 vs 8 stages and will be a great way for her to get started. I'll be bringing up the rear in the 40-49 group 🀣
  7. Damn! Where'd you find that? I was doing the sub 100 cal beer thing and really wanted to try this.
  8. It will be interesting to compare the times between the categories. Same amount of stages?
  9. I think the fact that RLAG only rides during the hottest time of the year, and damn near work hours, will keep plenty of people off the trail.
  10. You're gonna need buds when uncle joey is in the house!!
  11. That's the rub. Our youngest had injury that put her in a wheel chair, then walker for some months and we got a placard. As soon as she could walk again, wife sent the placard back and told our kid to get to steppin'. Best are the morbidly obese people in the rascals #MAGA🀣
  12. Dude, for sure. I was in DC and used goo-gull maps history to check how much i walked while there. Sh*t is scary
  13. Pedernales is cool as you can go wash your misery away in the falls. Agree on food 100% In the end, most all the trails here look the exact same. Pedernales is just a longer version of purgatory in san marcos. There are better alternatives in hays county
  14. Saw that vid and will say S&S was so good. Wife and I were pogoing around like we were in our 20s again.😎
  15. It was a joke hidden in hyperbole You never have to ask if someone rides a single speed, they'll tell you within the first 30 seconds of meeting them....... 😁
  16. That'd be the best day of my life
  17. This has been my experience as well. I've seen more sh*tty behavior from Strava users stroking their e-peen than I've ever seen ebikes in the wild. This includes runners as well. To me it's more of a clash of end user personalities. I'm always down for putting more people on bikes, but we live in a country that's not down for putting much money into anything for the common good. Bike access to overcrowded trails will ultimately an issue.
  18. IMHO, a lot of people in the south are lazy AF. Too focused on 4th meal I suppose.
  19. Some rum i picked up last week on vacation. pretty tasty on teh rocks.
  20. Selling some stuff that I bought for the wife and she used once or not at all. Interested, PM with an offer. 661 Comp AM knee pads size small. New, never used. Bell super 2 size small. New, never used. 661 Rhythm knee/shin guards. Used once, no damage. 661 Rhythm elbow guards. New, never used. And also; Bell reflex size large. New, never used.
  21. The ONLY thing a local bike shop can offer is good customer service, and if they're not providing that, they'll be gone.
