  1. whatever you do, don't say his name three times😆
  2. Wow. Are there even gravel paths there?
  3. To nobodies surprise, I must be inept. What location is the demo being held at?
  4. Roanoke breweries by bike for the win. Navigating downtown is thankfully a piece of cake!
  5. Basically their version of walnut creek but with mountains and machine cut. The leaves make it pretty sketchy at speed.
  6. Got to Roanoke, VA this week and was able to hit a couple trails. So far, the trails are a lot like NWA but with more elevation. Seem to have a long grind up a fireroad/singletrack for some fun flow back down.
  7. No issues on the stanchions so not an immediate concern. I'd contact yeti and get their thoughts on how this occurred and if it's a potential long term issue..
  8. after spending months without pedaling, this vid takes on a whole new meaning. also hard to get this song out of your head when in the lift line😆
  9. currently hunkered down in the SE and vibing
  10. Passing through Central PA and had to make the stop. Totally surreal to see it in person.
  11. That would be a pretty cool area to build. I "think" KOM did the work out there at the Reimers flow trails. Pretty sure they're on Instagram, but can't verify due to my unrelenting hatred of social media. Please tell (Lance) to buy dirt, and lots of it.😁
  12. Nice. Did the same thing in big bend and rode almost all day without them. A proper saddle makes such a huge difference.
  13. 7 years on a 175mm Sram carbon X01 GXP crank, used on multiple bikes, chainrings and pedals. Zero issues. Hard to beat Sram quality. I've also run boots the entire time. Wanting to buy a 165mm XTR crank to match the rest of my drivetrain. The issue is it's hard to justify spending $100 more for a Shimano aluminum than SRAM carbon.
  14. Great shot! This one's got me homesick for Utah for sure. Been all over the east this summer and still hard to match the beautiful expanses of the western USA.
  15. Received a free subscription to netflix through my cell provider and decided to check out few docs i'd heard about Trainwreck: Woodstock '99 https://www.netflix.com/title/81280924 Barbarians at the gate. Changed my opinion towards the organizers and performers alike. Watched on PPV back in the day, and still get goosebumps seeing 250k people lose their shit, and bounce to some of the heaviest music that was on the radio at the time. Meltdown Three mile island https://www.netflix.com/title/81198239 I remember seeing stories about Three Mile Island on the news as kid and the China Syndrome movie freaking everyone out about nuclear power. The series so far has been really good in exposing how close they really came and how much effort was put into suppressing information (like in Chernobyl) .
  16. I recently saw a late-ish model carbon tallboy, with the fork on backwards at telluride bike park. Terrifying
  17. Got to check another big box on our QC MTB trip. Did the 1.5hr drive an drug the wife up and back down La Legende in Vallée Bras-du-Nord bike park. It's basically their reveille peak ranch where you pay a fee and ride up to a series of downhill trails and also has some multi use stuff as well. The waterfall line was worth the grind up the hill. Next level fun and great way to close out the riding season. (bike pron)
