I was out there from about 7am to 8am today and I rode that section from where it "starts" by Waterfall Crossing to where it "ends" just east-ish of the dam at about 7:20. You never know if this sort of thing is happening more than we are aware of, and with more reports that can help them possibly catch people in the act.
