  1. That was brutal. I had no business signing up for this ride since I was sick for over a week before traveling for the holidays plus all the pre-vacation work craziness. I think this was my 4th ride in >3 weeks. I've checked it off my list and now I don't have to do it again. There was at least one Salsa Cutthroat and I seriously thought about using my gravel rig. With the 2 trails involved, it's not a bad choice. For sure rolling on 2.35" tires is not optimal, and aero bars or drops would have been awesome.

  2. Did 3 laps on Peddlers. Crowded, but not bad overall. On the 3rd lap ended up behind a middle school/high school team that was practicing. Great to see the kids and their coaches out on the trails. And one of the coaches even complemented my choice in music. (Primus this afternoon). πŸ˜€

  4. I stand by that, and every time I ride, my own motor takes another shit....so, this could be coming soon! Note: for those that ride with me, you'll need to carry extra batteries for me.

  8. You should totally add that PSA as a regular part of your C'n'D pre-ride round-up.

  10. Beats me. I would assume that it is sodium based on what I ate. If you eat 3 meals a day in restaurants you are eating a lot of processed food (i.e. sodium) versus eating the home cooked food where my wife does a better job of managing the sodium and everything is fresh. I don't live in the keto world, I am low carb, high fat, which is close, but does not rely on being in some particular state. I call it lazy man's keto.

  11. I pedaled today @ SN. More dog walkers than MTB's, but still a glorious day for sure.

  14. Zwifting in London, hit 50 mph and 600 watts this morning. 50mph is spinning, my gravel bike is a 1x11 with a 32 chainring.

  16. Is a spandex baclava tastier than regular baclava? I think you meant balaclava but I really like the idea of wearing a Greek desert to fight cedar! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
