  1. This is a quote from Honeybadger a couple days ago over where this was first brought up on the Brushy thread. "AJ will adjust the trail as needed. The Parks director is ok with the mtb trails staying or adjusting around the concrete trail. I see this trail as a huge benefit to the Brushy Creek Single Track, we'll no longer have to ride through a neighborhood to get from SN to the rest of Brushy, how cool is that." And not for nothing.. SN is not just a line from A to B. There are many miles of trails in that area that go off in all sorts of area. From behind the hospital emergency room to feet from the apartments. There are trails there 99% of you never see. Also if anything is going away its gonna be the trails north of the jumps , outside of that church property. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  2. Seth's Revenge and Widomaker are awesome. He has dont some great work out there and real beautiful setting. If you are nervous about jumps.. they are all rideable or you can bypass easily. Eat your Wheaties Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  3. quote post="23890" timestamp="1573152006" name="crazyt" userid="69"] is that because giro is part of vista outdoor which sells guns? at the risk of being compared to someone who always posts links... here is a link. Vista sold their gun component of their company. https://newsroom.rei.com/company-information/statements/update-rei-statement-on-relationship-with-vista-outdoor.htm
  4. I'd take times and distances with a grain of salt. I've ridden people and we can both finish and get different time. Speed and distance. I am only interested in a completed distance personally Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

  7. I'm by no means against this lifestyle For me personally I think this is something that can be done in moderation. With my BBQ and ice cream. Not a thing wrong with vegeys and meat and fruit and limited intake of sugars and processed shit food. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  8. The Genius Life podcast . Episode 77 around 43 minutes in , they discuss this documentary. Definitely leans to what AustinBike was saying. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  9. My wife and I found that show pretty intriguing. I am a firm believer in pay the farmer or pay the doctor. I find nothing wrong in the message the movie gives. I dont give a shit if they did or did not cherry pick their arguments. The idea of eating healthy is not wrong. I by no means will give up my Hagen Daz or BBQ but it has definitively been taken in moderation. Vegeys and fruits have been increased over the years. I havent drank since 92, I havent smoke cigarettes since 98. But no way am I giving up BBQ and ice cream. Oh,, And no more strippers . Damn.
  10. Honestly that area is a mere small fraction ..like maybe a hundred yards in miles. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  11. So glad to see your are bouncing back. I know it's not your preferred style but SN is alot of good rolling miles. Easy 10 to 15 miles. That will be a good Christmas present for yourself getting back to your beloved DD rides Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

  15. I think the big advantage is not getting pinch flats.. not getting flats basically at all like the days of tubes. On one bike I have there are no less than 13 punctures on the rear but no flatting . I basically want to see how far I can push that tire. Try that with tubeless. You cant. I'll top off with air and then every few months add some Orange Sealant and that tire keeps rolling. I like tinkering anyways so the little work involved in a tubeless setup is not a big deal. Tubes were a pain sometimes. But pulling a valve.. filling it up is no big deal. Setting the new tires are what sucks to me but that was using tubes or tubeless. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

  19. True. I just know when I use the syringe that I 1st clear the valve before I try to load the Orange Seal in. It makes sense the liquid would find it's way to the valve. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
