Yes there are a couple different FTP tests you can take in Zwift. I like the training plans on Trainerroad more than Zwift, I do know that Zwift has updated their plans and they look to be more fine tuned than when I was following them. IMO it just depends on what your goals are, I think you could do fine using either company. Just pick one and stick with it. Trainerroad did just add a feature allowing you to do their workouts outdoors, I do them inside and watch race videos on youtube.

PSA: PLEASE do not ride backwards on the jump lines. It’s hard for riders riding the right direction to see riders coming from the wrong direction. There is a return trail at the end of the line. Please use that to return to the top. Thank you!
