Even with shiny canisters deployed? I had thought the city might have decreed pavilion only for that sort of thing as the ones with the shiny bits I've attended in the past were always at the pavilion. Teamsloan
The shiny things aren’t necessarily displayed prominently at this shindig. For anyone not involved, this is the normal gathering of bike riders that stand around on Tuesday evening. Nothing to see here, move along.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Dawn
Shiny silver canisters will not be at tomorrow's R&I. Stay tuned for a Tuesday in May.
Ridenfool
The current wunderground Austin forecast for rainfall tonight, Tuesday, and Tuesday night is two hundredths, three hundredths and four hundredths of an inch. respectively. That's less H2O than a couple of riders will sweat on a lap at Walnut. Maybe not enough to effectively keep the dust down. Doesn't this indicate that there's a 40 or 50 percent chance that it might lightly mist for a few minutes every now and then? Teamsloan
Still planning on attending. I’ll be keeping a close eye on the radar, but I’m hoping for hero dirt.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Barry
Off and on light drizzle likely will not matter much. I'll be there unless it actually rains. Wasn't there a 3rd R&I thread? I need to go post in that one too!

Teamsloan
No precipitation around here yet. Like Barry said, a little drizzle won't impact the trail or my being there.
Albert
It's now "heavy drizzle" here in Round Rock..
Barry
2 miles south of Walnut: muggy but no precipitation.
Ridenfool
Bike is in the van and I'm taking the afternoon off. I'll be watching reports here to decide whether to wander in the direction of ATX mid-afternoon. If Walnut gets sloppy I'll just hit Rocky Hill on the way home. Browndog
Coming down pretty good on Far West right now. Hopefully it stops quickly. I don’t want to have to spend the evening with my family. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Tree Magnet
Dry and sunny just North of Walnut. It tried to drizzle lightly but it's so humid that it didn't feel much different.
Anita Handle
A dry nut is a good nut, for sure. But a slightly moist nut can be even better. 1
