Speaking of tires....

I'm looking for 26" tires for my 11 yr old racer boi son.  Specifically, I'd like to find some Maxxis Ikons (2.2 or 2.35), Kenda SM8, Specialized XR2, etc..  I'd like to set him up with a little fatter (for him) front tire and a quicker rear tire.  I know I'm being specific, but its just to help paint the picture, I'm not as picky as it sounds.

Later,
CJB

I thought I'd given all my 26" stuff to the @spicewookie but I just found what I think is a whole 26" rear wheel with a tire on it.  I'll check it and send you an e-mail.  I think it's going to be a Specialized Fastrak.

Paying it forward to a good home:  Just cleaning house. I have over a dozen tires, mostly 29”, but a few 700c roadies, and a few 27.5’s, I think.  They are useable, no holes, but may not be tubeless ready.  Most are NN type.  All or none please! 😐

TLDR 😛

To be fair, the first post did not have the "all or none" part.

A fast track would work.  You may notice that in my request I said Specialized XR2 (which doesn't exist).  I was thinking Bonty XR2....or Specialized Fast Track.

Thanks

I have two tires with failed beads. I cut each in one spot from bead to bead so they would not go on another rim again and risk blowing off the rim. These might make good frame protectors or DIY belts:

This sounds like a great option.

I’m interested in the 3T seatpost. Would you happen to know the offset?

Just replaced my crank and now have an FSA Comet crankset (175mm) available. Also have a set of 3 Shimano rings, a 42, 32 and 24. Worn but still have some life in them.

PM me if you want either.
