fontarin
Planning a trip up to Bentonville for my 40th bday coming up in May, and wanted to see if anyone had recommendations on AirBnBs they've used before. There seem to be a ton up there, so hoping to narrow it down a bit.

I think I’m just going to stop counting birthdays.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

AustinBike
We stayed at this one last time: https://www.vrbo.com/7844644ha?adultsCount=8 This was RIGHT on the trail, Red Barn technically was against our back yard. Great place.

Txduc
I stayed at the Innkeepers carriage house last time and the location was great (walk to downtown and a couple of blocks to All American Trail) unfortunately it's not showing on airbnb so I'll follow this thread to find a new place for next time. 😞

Yosmithy
The one we stayed in, is listed as "5min walk Crystal Bridges Museum / bike trails!!!" on AIRBNB, And for MTB, I would NOT recommend. The location is actually awesome, but the townhouse is like living in a hospital room. They don't list all the "Rules" when booking the room, but expect you to agree at the time you check in. There's no way you can be comfortable in the place when you're out riding all day, and need to safely store your bike. With that said, I would still look for something in that area. CBaron
There's a place that I've stayed at 3x's now and it too is right on the Slaughter Pen trail. Its owned by a cyclist and he's a great host and a reasonable price. Let me see if I can find the listing to post up. Later, CJB
Teamsloan
Stayed here a year ago. It fit four guys well and is set up for mountain bikers. Right near Slaughter Pen and is actually a few houses away from the place Cody mentioned (which I’ve also stayed at).http:// https://t.vrbo.io/Q0wrcQB842Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sadly no pets so I had to pass last time around.
AustinBike
This is the other one that we had with 8 guys. Worked out well also: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/24646050?source_impression_id=p3_1578502986_MQmk%2BJcDePBWu1fd Same neighborhood as Drew's place, right on slaughter pen. olddbrider
I just booked this place for a trip in May. I haven't stayed there but it checks off all the boxes and the price is great... https://www.vrbo.com/1440937?adultsCount=4&arrival=2020-05-23&departure=2020-05-27 I stayed in this place on my first trip to Bentonville a few years ago. No complaints other than the fact that the garage is off-limits and they don't want you to park your bikes inside... https://www.vrbo.com/1095618?adultsCount=4&arrival=2020-05-23&departure=2020-05-27

We have stayed in this house twice and absolutely love it. The owner is a teacher and realtor (in case you are looking to buy a place.) It was great. Really behind in getting it on my site. Sadly, few pictures because we were all going too fast with no stopping.

AustinBike
Lake leatherwood. Basically it was a 15-minute descent and when we got there the shuttle pulled right up. We got in about 6 or so runs in less than 2 hours.
